Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time, at no cost, with no penalties, and without having to give a reason. It takes less than two minutes.

How to cancel online (recommended)

2. Enter the email address you used for your purchase and click the button to receive your cancellation link.
3. Open the email we send you (check your spam and promotions folders too) and click the link. It’s valid for 2 hours.
4. On the confirmation page, review your subscription details and click the button to confirm the cancellation.
5. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with the date your subscription ends.

How to cancel by email

Email support@bntslab.online with the subject line “Cancel my subscription” from the email address you used for your purchase. We process the cancellation within 1 business day and send you a confirmation.

What happens after you cancel

• Your subscription will not renew: no further charges.
• It stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then closes automatically. You will keep receiving new videos until that date.
• The program you purchased and the videos already published stay in your app: canceling only stops new videos.
• There are no cancellation fees, minimum terms, or notice periods.

Refund of your last charge

Every charge is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee: if you also want a refund of your last charge, just say so in the same email. Details in our Refund Policy.

Didn’t get the link?

• Check your spam or promotions folder.
• Make sure you entered the same email address you used for your purchase (for security, the link is sent only to that address).
• If the link has expired (after 2 hours), request a new one from the same page.
