1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the online purchase of the digital program “The Prostate Inflammation Relief Protocol” and related optional services (the “Product”), sold by 63.584.987 ELVIS CARLOS BENITES ROSA (the “Seller”) through the website https://elmetodoocultodelascelebridades.shop. By placing an order, you (the “Customer”) confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy. The service is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older.

3. The Product

The Product is digital content delivered electronically, with no physical media, accessible by email and/or through a private online area. The main program, “The Prostate Inflammation Relief Protocol,” includes:

4. Pricing

  • The Prostate Inflammation Relief Protocol: $9.90 — one-time payment. No subscription, no recurring charges.
  • The Prostate Inflammation Relief Protocol — Weekly Content Subscription (optional subscription, offered after you purchase the program): $12.90 per week, renewing automatically every 7 days. Terms in Section 9.
  • The Prostate Inflammation Relief Protocol — Discounted Offer: $4.90 — one-time payment. This is the same program at a reduced price, offered to visitors who leave the page without buying; it is an alternative to the program at $9.90, not an additional purchase.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed next to the amount (USD) and include any applicable taxes. There are no shipping costs because the Product is digital content. The price that applies is the one shown at the time of your order and stated in your confirmation email.

5. Ordering process and formation of the contract

The order consists of the following steps, all shown on the same page:

  1. entering your name and email address;
  2. reviewing and expressly accepting these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy;
  3. expressly requesting immediate access to the digital content (see Section 8);
  4. any optional consents (saving your payment method; ad campaign measurement), which are never pre-checked;
  5. entering your payment method in Stripe’s secure form and confirming with the “Pay” button, which shows the amount due.

The contract is formed once your payment is authorized. The Seller sends an order confirmation to the email address you provided, with a summary of your purchase and access instructions, so you can keep it for your records.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. The available payment methods are shown in the payment form when you place your order. Your bank may require additional verification (3-D Secure). Card details are collected directly by Stripe and are never stored on the Seller’s servers. Stripe emails the payment receipt to the address you provided. The charge appears on your card statement as BNTS1.

Your payment method is saved for future purchases only with your express, optional consent, given through a checkbox that is not pre-checked, and you can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing support@bntslab.online.

7. Delivery of the digital content

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with access instructions within a few minutes (please also check your spam/promotions folder). If the email does not arrive within 24 hours, write to support@bntslab.online and the Seller will resend the instructions at no cost. Access is personal and tied to the email address used for the purchase.

8. Immediate access and money-back guarantee

The Product is digital content made available immediately after purchase, at your express request when you place your order.

The Seller offers a 60-day money-back guarantee from the date of each payment: a full refund upon request by email, no questions asked. The process and timelines are described in the Refund Policy. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Optional subscription (The Prostate Inflammation Relief Protocol — Weekly Content Subscription)

After you purchase the program, the Seller may offer a subscription to monthly content: 1 new video each month, published in the app where you already have the program you purchased. The app and the program remain available to you with or without a subscription. The subscription is never activated automatically: it requires an explicit action on your part (checking the confirmation box, when shown, and clicking the activation button, which shows the price, billing frequency, and any trial period). Before activation, you are shown the following terms:

  • Price: $12.90 per week, including any applicable taxes.
  • Content: 1 new video each month, published in the app. The app is included with the program purchase and does not depend on the subscription.
  • Term and renewal: no fixed term; it renews automatically every 7 days until you cancel.
  • Trial period: 3 days free; the first charge is made at the end of the trial unless you cancel.
  • Recurring charges: to the payment method you provided, at the start of each new billing period. The date of the next charge is shown before activation, on the confirmation page, and in the activation email.
  • Cancellation: at any time, with no fees or penalties and no reason required, from the https://elmetodoocultodelascelebridades.shop/cancel/ page (through a confirmation link sent by email) or by emailing support@bntslab.online. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: no further charges are made, new videos continue until that date, and the program and the videos already published remain available in the app. Step-by-step guide: Cancellation Policy.
  • Failed payments: if a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry the charge over the following days and you will receive an email notice; if payment is not completed, the subscription is suspended and then canceled, at no additional cost.
  • Price changes: notified by email at least 30 days in advance; you may cancel before the change takes effect.
  • Refunds: 60-day guarantee on every charge, as described in Section 8.

10. One-click additional purchases

If you authorized saving your payment method (Section 6), additional offers shown after your order can be accepted with one click. Each purchase still requires your explicit confirmation (a confirmation checkbox and a button showing the amount): no charge is ever made without an action on your part. If no payment method is saved, you will be asked to enter your card in Stripe’s form.

11. License and intellectual property

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for private purposes. You may not copy, distribute, resell, publish, or share the content, in whole or in part. All text, videos, materials, and trademarks are the property of the Seller or its licensors.

12. Health disclaimer

The information in the Product is general in nature. Before changing your diet, physical activity, or habits, especially if you have a medical condition, are taking medication or undergoing treatment, or have any concerns about your health, you should consult your physician. No specific result is guaranteed.

13. Limitation of liability

The Seller is liable only to the extent required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that consumers have under applicable law and that cannot be waived. The Seller is not responsible for malfunctions caused by your internet connection, devices, or software that are not attributable to the Seller.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Seller is established (see Company Information), except that any mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence that give you greater protection still apply. Before filing any claim, please contact us at support@bntslab.online: most issues can be resolved quickly by email. You may also contact the consumer protection agency or attorney general’s office in your state.

16. Privacy, cookies, and your California rights

The Seller processes your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The site uses technical cookies needed for checkout and security, and the Meta Pixel on purchase pages to measure our ad campaigns; by continuing to use the site, you acknowledge this use. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

The Seller does not sell your personal information. Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA) and of other U.S. states with consumer privacy laws may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information and may opt out of its sharing for advertising at any time: see Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information or email support@bntslab.online. The Seller will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

17. Changes to these Terms

The Seller may update these Terms. The version that applies to each order is the one published at the time of the order. For active subscriptions, material changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before they take effect.
